1. Goal of R&D Center

Establishment of R&D Center is to allow us keeping pace with international development of the most advanced steel rolling technologies, and future researching into strain theories such as stress and strain of high grade metal material in rolling process, force energy parameter in forming processes, cold bending techniques and hole shape design for forming rollers. Research results are later transformed into relevant techniques,which can be directly applied to designing and manufacturing of steel pipe production line in complete sets, while improving proficiency level of steel pipe manufacturing in the institutions and institutes of higher education; it also allows us participating in international academic exchange, reinforcing core competitiveness of HaoKun.

Further more, when standardized products are not able to satisfy special requirements from clients, our core independent design capability allows us providing customized design of optimized and most suitable products and solutions, based on clients’ unique needs. We spend the most effort to help clients solve their problems and provide them maximum satisfaction.

2. Organizational Structure

We currently take over a land of 16,973m2, preparing to construct(the new 5000m2 R&D Central Building. It includes organizations such as information & Intelligence department, straight welding research institute, spiral welding research institute, electric & hydraulic research institute, cold bending steel forming research institute, computer lab and administrative offices.
